Shiny Artworks Gilding studio
I am fascinated by vibrant colours, light and iridescence. My work reflects this by marrying the ancient art of gilding with modern technology, materials and methodology to create striking decorative artworks. Research for my degree in Restoration and Decorative Studies involved developing a process to produce a versatile material that features the colours and forms of nature and has many decorative applications, I’m not aware of any other artists specialising in this particular technique. My work contains elements of gilding, decorative paint finishes, digital photography, sable work and marquetry. 

Sophie Cuts & Vinyl Toffee
Sophie Cuts - creates vibrant one off pieces of modern art for the home and has recently exhibited at the coastguard studio. Sophie also upcycles vintage and retro furniture and runs an interiors instagram account where she shares her work and passion for eclectic interiors (@bourjoisbiscuit). Vinyl toffee -sources and sells vintage vinyl ranging from 00's house, rock, punk, indie etc.

Southsea Mudlark and Wendy Pots
Southsea Mudlark is a studio holder at Artspace Portsmouth and a member of the Southern Ceramics group. She makes functional thrown or slab built decorative earthenware such as bowls, jugs, vases, cups and other vessels. The ceramics are an exploration of colour, line and decorative imagery. The ceramics are both eco and vegan friendly. 
WENDY POTS Wendy is a studio potter making functional, thrown and hand-built pots. By way of inspiration Wendy has been particularly inspired by 'waves' stating that the whole universe is made up from waves whether gravitational waves, sound and light waves or merely waves from Hayling beach where she spent most of her life.

The Southsea Workbench
Sharon designs and makes jewellery in her own workshop, as well as teaching there and at Making Space in Havant. She is a member of the Association for Contemporary Jewellery. Sharon is currently working in predominantly silver, with the inclusion of some semi precious and non precious beads and stones, producing designs incorporating forging, casting, woven wire and applied texture techniques some of which are highlighted with oxidisation and/or gold using the technique Keum Bo. Her influences have always been pattern forms ranging from architectural and natural through to textile, ancient and modern.
