Caroline Hiron is a mixed media artist who began her artistic education at Portsmouth Art College. This culminated in an M.A. in Printed Textiles at The Royal College of Art, London. I mainly pinch and coil - an ancient, slow and thoughtful process which allows me to achieve the wobbly surface where my fingerprints have pinched the clay over and over to build the form. Using handmade ceramics is a mindful experience – the care that went into the finished piece and the journey of the raw material is visible in each pot.

Port and Lemon is a design studio based in Titchfield. The brand has been trading the quirky designs and cheeky straplines in their signature bold colour and graphic style for eight years. The designs are certainly influenced by their coastal surroundings, and in the early years were sold only as prints and cards, but over the years some of the most popular designs have been developed into a co-ordinated range of homewares and gifts which have a wide appeal across all generations.

A recent print features the Covid 19 virus in a multi block lino 'we continue to grow'.

I am a ceramic maker recently relocated from London to Portsmouth. I make unique ceramic ware for every day use and contemplation. My work evolves continuously and is deep rooted from my Chinese culture upbringing and my memory as a roam free child.

We will be selling unique, well designed, and handmade items that have all been made from recycled material. Going forward into 2021 we will be offering workshops through Sam's Place (the charity shop for the Portsmouth branch of the Samaritans) aimed at beginners to embrace making their own clothes through recycling material, buttons etc from old clothes.

With a bucket in hand I search for treasure washed up along the tide line. Creating flowers, bowls and wall pieces from the frosted sea glass, pebbles and ceramics that I find.

A passionate printmaker and paper cutter, making items to brighten your world and walls! Handcrafted and made with love. Paper and ink are my mediums, transformed with lino, collagraph, monoprint and paper cutting techniques. Her designs are inspired by her love of wildlife especially birds and her backpacking travel adventures.

I am fascinated by vibrant colours, light and iridescence. My work reflects this by marrying the ancient art of gilding with modern technology, materials and methodology to create striking decorative artworks. Research for my degree in Restoration and Decorative Studies, involved developing a process to produce a versatile material that features the colours and forms of nature and has many decorative applications. I'm not aware of any other artist specialising in this particular technique. My work contains elements of gilding, decorative paint finishes, digital photography, sable work and marquetry.

Southsea Mudlark is a studio holder at Arts Space, Southsea and a member of the Southern Ceramics group. She makes functional thrown or slab built decorative earthenware, such as bowls, jugs, vases, cups and other vessels. The ceramics are an exploration of colour, line and decorative imagery. The ceramics are both eco and vegan friendly.

Each item I produce has been individually screen printed by hand using a carefully chosen colour palette and hand mixed water based inks. My cards are created using a vintage Adana letterpress in combination with hand cut and vintage rubber stamps. My love of printing has it roots in my trading as an illustrator in Cambridge way back in the day. I have a fascination with typography which now includes laser etched Perspex jewellery amongst my collection.

The Pottery Corner is a studio based in Fishbourne, near Chichester, where we run courses to teach the techniques or working with clay, whether this be wheel throwing or hand building. In addition, Sarah makes her own thrown and hand built functional wear using many techniques to create colourful and practical pieces for your home and garden

Sharon designs and makes jewellery in her own workshop, as well as teaching there and at Making Space in Havant. She is a member of the Association for Contemporary Jewellery. Sharon is currently working in predominantly silver, with the inclusion of some semi precious and non precious beads and stones, producing designs incorporating forging, casting, woven wire and applied texture techniques some of which are highlighted with oxidization and/or gold using the technique Keum Bo.
